Last Updated: October 14, 2026
1. Agreement and Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Binteo, including its website, mobile applications, video and Reel features, creator profiles, marketplace features where available, and related services.
Binteo is operated by H&G Nextgen Private Limited (“Binteo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, selecting an acceptance option, uploading content, or using services where these Terms are presented as applicable, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the relevant services.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must meet the minimum age and other eligibility requirements applicable to Binteo and the features you use.
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must not impersonate another person, create accounts for fraudulent purposes, misrepresent your identity, or use another person's account without authorization.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
3. Platform Services
Binteo may provide features including:
Video and Reel discovery and playback.
Uploading and publishing user-generated content.
Creator profiles, channels, and engagement features.
Likes, comments, follows, and other interactions.
Categories, trending content, and recommendations.
Marketplace or creator-discovery functionality where available.
Subscription, monetization, or other paid services where expressly offered.
Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable as the platform develops. We will handle material changes in accordance with applicable law.
A feature described as coming soon is not available for use or purchase until it is officially launched.
4. User-Generated Content and Moderation
Users may submit videos, Reels, images, audio, captions, comments, profile information, listings, and other content (“User Content”).
You are responsible for the content you upload, publish, share, or otherwise make available.
You must not use Binteo to publish, distribute, request, promote, or facilitate content or conduct that is unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or prohibited by these Terms or applicable law.
Prohibited content and conduct include:
Child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, grooming, or content that endangers minors.
Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or other prohibited sexual content.
Threats, targeted harassment, bullying, stalking, or malicious abuse.
Hate-based abuse, violent threats, or content encouraging harm to individuals or groups.
Fraud, scams, impersonation, phishing, spam, or deceptive schemes.
Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Illegal goods, illegal services, or instructions intended to facilitate unlawful activity.
Malware, malicious links, unauthorized access attempts, or platform manipulation.
Content that violates applicable age restrictions or safety requirements.
Attempts to evade moderation, enforcement actions, or account restrictions.
Binteo may review, restrict, remove, disable access to, or decline to distribute content where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, protect users, or maintain platform integrity.
Automated tools and human review may be used where implemented. We do not guarantee that every violation will be detected immediately.
5. Reporting, Blocking, and Complaints
Users should report content or accounts they reasonably believe violate these Terms, infringe rights, or pose a safety risk through the reporting features provided in Binteo or by contacting us.
Where the platform provides blocking functionality, users may use it to restrict unwanted interactions with other users.
Reports may be reviewed, and appropriate action may include content removal, warnings, restrictions, suspension, or account termination.
Do not knowingly submit false, malicious, or fraudulent reports. Serious threats, child exploitation, and other urgent safety concerns may require expedited handling or referral to appropriate authorities.
Binteo's Terms do not replace the need for functional in-app reporting and any required user-blocking controls.
6. Copyright and Intellectual Property
You must upload only content that you own or are authorized to use. This includes videos, film clips, music, photographs, artwork, logos, and other material.
Giving credit to the original creator does not, by itself, grant permission to use copyrighted material.
You retain ownership of your original User Content to the extent provided by law.
By submitting content, you grant Binteo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, for the duration permitted by applicable law and as necessary to operate the service, to host, store, reproduce, process, transcode, display, perform, distribute, and make that content available through Binteo's features. This license includes technical adaptations, thumbnails, streaming, and delivery to users. It does not transfer ownership of your content to Binteo.
The license ends when the content is deleted or your account is terminated, except for limited processing or retention that remains necessary for lawful backups, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or content already shared by others, subject to applicable law.
You must not upload content that infringes another person's rights. Binteo may remove allegedly infringing material, restrict accounts, and take action against repeat infringers in accordance with its Copyright Policy and applicable law.
Copyright complaints may be sent to legal@binteo.in. Include your contact details, identification of the protected work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, and the information reasonably necessary to assess your complaint.
7. Creator and Marketplace Features
Where creator, seller, marketplace, or business features are available, users must provide accurate information and comply with applicable verification, listing, transaction, and service requirements.
You must not use marketplace features to conduct fraud, misrepresent goods or services, sell prohibited items, manipulate transactions, or evade applicable laws.
Any identity verification, tax information, banking details, or payout information requested for a specific feature must be provided through the designated process and only where required.
Marketplace participation does not guarantee sales, audience growth, creator earnings, or business opportunities.
8. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
Paid plans, subscriptions, or other paid features will be offered only where expressly made available with applicable pricing and terms.
Before completing a purchase, users should review the price, billing period, included benefits, renewal terms, and cancellation process displayed for that service.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers or platform billing services. Purchases are subject to the relevant checkout terms and applicable law.
Where subscriptions renew automatically, the renewal frequency, amount, and cancellation method must be disclosed before purchase as required by law.
Refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes will be handled under the applicable purchase terms, platform billing rules, provider terms, and mandatory consumer-protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any refund, cancellation, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Creator Monetization and Earnings
If Binteo introduces creator monetization, eligibility criteria, revenue calculations, payment thresholds, fees, verification requirements, payout timing, and applicable restrictions will be communicated through separate program terms or official documentation.
Unless expressly confirmed in writing, no user is guaranteed monetization eligibility, a minimum income, a particular number of views, or a specific payout.
Users must not manipulate views, engagement, referrals, subscriptions, or other platform metrics to obtain an improper benefit.
Payments or payouts, where available, may be subject to verification, fraud review, taxes, payment-provider requirements, and applicable law.
10. Privacy and Personal Information
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
You must not publish another person's private information, confidential identity documents, bank details, passwords, or other sensitive information without appropriate authorization.
You must not use information obtained through Binteo to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or unlawfully target another person.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Binteo and request account deletion through the available account-deletion process.
Binteo may restrict, suspend, remove content from, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of violations of these Terms, serious safety concerns, suspected fraud, infringement, legal obligations, security risks, or repeated abuse.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice and an opportunity to address a violation. Immediate action may be necessary to protect users, comply with law, or prevent harm.
Account termination does not remove obligations or liabilities that arose before termination. Personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
12. Availability and Changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Features may be updated, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product development.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
Binteo may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Binteo is not responsible for independent third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You should review relevant third-party terms before using those services.
14. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Binteo is provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that user-generated content is accurate, lawful, complete, or suitable for every viewer. Users are responsible for evaluating content and interactions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranties, or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Binteo will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service where such exclusion is legally permitted.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other matters where applicable law prohibits limitation.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims arising from your unlawful conduct, your infringement of another person's rights, or your material violation of these Terms.
This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from Binteo's own conduct or where an indemnity cannot lawfully be required.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory legal protections.
Disputes will be handled by the competent courts or other legally authorized forums with jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this section removes any consumer right to seek relief before a forum that has jurisdiction under mandatory law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves or legal requirements change.
The revised version will include an updated effective date. Where required, we will notify users of material changes and obtain renewed acceptance when legally necessary.
